When it comes to guests who’ve destroyed a planet, there aren’t a lot of options: there’s Galactus, and then there’s Michael Brown.
Fortunately, only one of them will fit on the iOWest stage, and we’re thrilled to have him as our Guest Revivalist for May.
A world famous astronomer, Caltech Professor, and author of the extremely entertaining book How I Killed Pluto and Why It Had It Coming, Michael was the man largely responsible for the downgrading of Pluto’s solar system status — but despite his planet-killing reputation, he’s really a swell guy.
This will be his live comedy show debut and he’s got a lot of stories from a wildly interesting life and career. Plus, he’s an astronomer, so he’s already used to staying up late.
