Sean Cowhig

Sean Cowhig is an actor, writer, and improviser living in Los Angeles, CA.  His is also the Technical Director of the world famous iO West theater in Hollywood.

Sean is a classically trained actor who used to spend every summer doing outdoor Shakespeare in Boston, MA.  He has played Sir Andrew Aguecheek in Twelfth Night, Benvolio in Romeo and Juliet, Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Don Pedro in Much Ado About Nothing, and  Sebastian in The Tempest.

Sean is a graduate of Emerson College (David Cross, Jay Leno, Denis Leary, Laura Kightlinger, Henry Winkler, Steven Wright, the Wachowski Brothers).  While at Emerson Sean was joined up with the all improv comedy troupe This is Pathetic.  He remained with the troupe for three years including his senior year when he was president of the troupe.  Sean spent the first 23 years of his life in the Boston area until 2003 when he move to Los Angeles to chase down his dreams.

Once in Los Angeles it didn't take long for Sean to find the iO West theater.  He began taking classes and started a internship as a lighting tech.  This lasted until James Grace, the Artistic Director of iO West noticed he was really good at what he did and hired him on full time to be the theater's Technical Director.  Sean can be seen performing iO West with Dr. God, Book Club, Top Story Weekly, the Mainstage Sketch Show and has guested in some of the country's greatest improv shows, Opening Night the Musical, Dasariski, and The Armando Show.

With Dr. God Sean has performed around the country doing shows in San Francisco, Boston, Providence, Austin, Phoenix, and even across the border in Montreal.

Sean got his first taste of the silver screen when he was cast as a featured extra in Brad Silberling's Moonlight Mile.  His only scene in the movie was shared with Dustin Hoffman, Susan Sarandon, and Jake Gyllenhaal.  Based on the advice given to him by Mr. Hoffman alone Sean is ready to work in the industry for years to come... so call him... he's waiting.

Justin Ware

Justin, like approximately half of the people reading this bio, works as a comedy screenwriter, director, and performer in Los Angeles.  He’s written numerous projects for major studios and television networks including THE WAKEUP CALL for Fox (Millar Gough producing) and BEST PLAYER, currently in postproduction, for Nickelodeon.

At the moment, he’s writing CLOUD NINE for Disney Channel, and his production company Hollywood Farms (a partnership with producer Kirkland Tibbels) is currently packaging his script THE ADRENALISTS with Radar Pictures producing and Kevin Connolly (ENTOURAGE) directing.

Since moving to LA, Justin has cut a swath across the rewrite circuit and developed projects with such Hollywood mainstays as Imagine Television, Warner Brothers, and MTV Films.  His script AMAZING GIRL is being packaged with producer Ian Bryce (SPIDER-MAN, TRANSFORMERS), and his projects range from a family-oriented musical about high school show choir for Nickelodeon (SPECTACULAR) to a raunchy rated-R comedy (AMERICAN SUMMER, starring Matthew Lillard and Efren Ramirez ) to a true story about the 1982 NFL strike and how it changed football (THE UNBROKEN LINE).

A native of Northern Wisconsin and a graduate of Amherst College, Justin trained and performed as a comedy improviser in Chicago before moving to Los Angeles, including at Second City and IO, where he trained with Del Close, the father of improvisation and the guy whose oil painting is on the wall at IOWest.

Justin also got in the hot seat opposite Regis Philbin in Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?, but the audience led him astray on a question about organic food.
